You got the best of both worlds
Did Miley Cyrus pop into anyone's mind after that? Got to love the Hannah Montana good ol' days.
I really enjoyed making my post on the Gigi Hadid x Maybelline collection last time, and I spoke about making this "A Half Asian Girl's Take On" a series where I would review different beauty ranges and collections. I thought this would be a really good idea and I wanted to exploit exactly what was unique about me and it may be able to help other people whether they are from an Asian or western background.
So today I wanted to write a post I had planned for a while now. This will be about the famous blogger and Youtuber, Fleur De Force. I planned this post not long after I found out that she was having a baby, and as a way of congratulating her, I wanted to give a review on her lashes and beauty range. Fleur was the first Youtuber that I had discovered, and she was the one that got me into the world of cosmetics in the first place. So even if she is not the only blog I read or the only Youtuber I watch, she still has a small special place in my heart.

Eylure Lashes
This collaboration was the first time Fleur delve into the world of cosmetics, by working with the brand Eylure, she launched her range of false lashes, these are also the only range of false lashes that I've ever used. These are really affordable, high quality falsies that are really trustworthy in my opinion.
The lashes are light, fluttery and have both black and brown fibres to make them look more natural. The small sticky pads makes it really easy to keep the lashes secure in the box yet also make them quite easy to get out. Each box of lashes come with a small tube of glue and instructions, and all the different styles ensure that there will be one perfect for everyone.

Eyeshadow Quad
When she launched these, they were the first products from her own makeup line. She didn't collaborate with anyone on these, and she launched 2 eyeshadow quads, Lunar Rose and Cosmic Bronze.
I did have Lunar Rose, but my little 3 year old niece decided to drop it from quite a height, so it smashed and I had to replace it with my current Cosmic Bronze. And actually, I only found out today that they don't sell these anymore - which is a total shame. This little quad is the perfect neutrals set, with 2 lovely nude matte shades, a shimmer bronze and a matte dark brown.
Brow Products
On her second project with Eylure, Fleur next launched some a brow gel, brow pencil and brow powders in different shades. Both the products are available in the shades light, medium and dark. For me, dark works best.
The brow gel works great, I tend to use the clear side more than the coloured side, but I love the tiny bristles and the innovative idea of the duo-ended product. That is exactly the same for her brow pencil, one end is slightly lighter than the other which is perfect for the front of the brow if we wanted to create a more blended effect. I must admit I use the pencil before the powders, but I like the fact that there is a highlighing powder for the brow bone.

Lip Glosses
At the same time as launching the eyeshadow quads, it was very exciting that Fleur launched a range of lipglosses as well. These are highly pigmented, good quality lip glosses that don't annoying stick together. I absolutely ADORE these lip products! Sadly, like the eyeshadows, they are not sold anymore. *I'm sorry*
Here I have 3 colours, Written In The Stars (soft nude), Lucky Star (true red) and Starry Starry Night (bright plum). Just look at my lip swatches, it's so insane how pigmented they are!

Overall, I am a big big fan of Fleur's range of products, its just such a shame that the eyeshadow and the lip glosses are not sold anymore. Her range of products with Eylure are still available in Boots and Feelunique!
Congratulations to Fleur on the arrival of her baby girl! (Still waiting on that name!)
Have you ever tried any products from Fleur De Force's range?
I really like the look of these products. The eye lashes look natural and not heavy.
They are really good! Definitely worth a try 🙂 xx
Ahh I love Fleur! I haven’t tried any of her range so this was really helpful! Lovely post 😘❤️

I’ve watched Fleur’s channel for absolutely years now! She’s one of the first people I subscribed to. I love her eyelashes, they look so natural and flattering. The lip products look stunning, it’s a shame they’re not sold now! I really want to try the eyebrow product x

Yeah me too! That’s why I trusted her eyelashes products because her own eyelashes are insanely gorgeous! Definitely give them a go! 🙂 xx
I’m not a big watcher of youtube so i’ve never even heard of her but the quad and lip glosses look lovely, and I don’t even usually like ligloss but the colours are gorgeous! Such a shame they aren’t sold anymore, I think the lashes are a bit too natural for my liking, if I’m wearing falsies I like to go all out!
